It’s a brand new year, full of possibilities, opportunities, and new customers who want to work with you. A headshot is your first impression to your potential clients. According to psychologists, it takes a whole tenth of a seconds for someone for people to form an impression of you by looking at your face. And for those potential clients, that impression can be the deciding factor in whether they choose to work with you – or not.
What does your current headshot say about you?
Does it say, “I’m a professional”, or are you using a photo snapped by someone on a cell phone, or even worse, a selfie?
Does it even look like you right now, or are you using a photo that’s decades old, or shows you sporting an old hair-do or major weight loss or gain?

Headshot Mini Sessions are back!
On Saturday, January 22, I’m hosting a ONE DAY ONLY Headshot Mini Sessions Event at my home studio.
Here are the details:
- Sessions will be 10-15 minutes in length.
- Your choice of background: gray, warm golden, cream, painterly green, or bright white.
- You’ll get an online gallery with your images, and choose 3 to download.
- You’ll get a commercial license for use.
Your images will be ready for viewing and selection about 2 weeks after the event. This mini session includes access to 3 photos for you to download for your personal and/or commercial use; you’ll have the chance to purchase more if you’d like.
Normally a session like this is a $200 value, but you can snag this once a year deal for only $125.
